My Order

How Can I cancel or Change my Order?

If you email us at info@layeredlounge.com or chat with us via our live chat or call us on 01753 883862 we will cancel your order or change the address. Please be advised that you will need to do this as a matter of urgency since orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee a change of address or cancellation if it is over 24hrs from the time of placing the order.

How Can I Track My Order

You can track your orders by signing into your account on our website. If you do not have an account set up you will be asked to verify your email address or phone number along with the order number to view the details. The order number can be located in the order confirmation you have received. Once your order has been fulfilled you should receive a text message from our selected courier regarding delivery times.

How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order online via our website or if you need any assistance please do call us and we can place an order for you.

How Do I Return An Item?

We have tried to make the returns process as easy as possible, if you click on the link below you can purchase a returns label via DHL who can either offer a QR code paperless return, a downloadable return or a collection service. Please have your order number to hand as you will need it to process a return.

How Long Does A Refund Take To Process?

Please allow 3 working days from the time we receive your parcel to the point of processing the return.

Can I Get A Swatch Sample?

Yes you can get a swatch sample for your bespoke furniture order providing you pay the shipping cost of £5.95. If you click on the following link you can order your choice of fabric swatches. Unfortunately we cannot provide wood swatches but please email us with any questions you might have.
