About this piece

The Verde Icelandic Green Marble Footed Tray is a striking decorative piece crafted from richly veined Icelandic Green marble. With its simple elegant lines, raised footed design and deep green natural stone, it brings a sophisticated, high-design finish to shelves, bathrooms, coffee tables and styled surfaces.

Beautiful as a decorative tray, bathroom tray or serving piece, Verde is perfect for displaying candles, perfume bottles, jewellery, soaps, small objects or a considered cheeseboard. If using with food, we recommend placing baking paper between the food and marble to help protect the stone.

Each tray has its own natural veining, tonal movement and surface character, making every piece unique. Elegant, sculptural and practical, Verde is a timeless marble accessory that adds depth, colour and quiet luxury to the home.

Materials & care

Materials & craftsmanship

The Verde Footed Tray is made from Icelandic Green marble, a natural stone known for its dramatic green tone, depth and distinctive veining. Each piece of marble is unique, with natural variations in colour, pattern and movement that give every tray its own individual character.

The design is kept deliberately simple, allowing the beauty of the stone to take centre stage. Its low raised feet give the tray a more architectural feel, lifting it slightly from the surface and making it feel more considered than a flat decorative tray.

As marble is a natural material, variations in tone, veining, markings and surface detail should be expected. These are part of the beauty of the stone and make each Verde tray unique.

Care instructions

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and surface marks. Do not use harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners, vinegar, bleach, abrasive products or scouring pads, as these may damage or dull the marble.

Avoid placing oily, acidic, wet or strongly coloured items directly onto the stone for prolonged periods.

Wipe spills immediately and dry thoroughly after cleaning. Marble is a natural porous stone and should be treated with care to reduce the risk of staining, etching or surface marks.

Sustainability

Marble is a natural material valued for its durability, longevity and timeless beauty. A well-cared-for marble accessory can remain in the home for many years, making it a more considered choice than trend-led decorative pieces.

The Verde Footed Tray is designed with a simple, enduring shape that can be restyled across different rooms and seasons. Its natural stone composition, rich colour and practical tray form give it long-term decorative value beyond short-lived trends.

As with all natural stone, care is important. Protecting the surface from harsh chemicals, acidic foods, oils and standing water will help preserve the marble and keep it looking beautiful over time.
