Materials & care

Materials & craftsmanship

Woven from 55% BCI cotton and 45% European flax linen, this cushion cover balances softness, texture and durability. The cotton gives the fabric a gentle, comfortable feel, while the linen adds natural slub, breathability and a relaxed woven character.

The fabric is made with a specialist textile approach, focusing on quality yarns, considered weaving and a refined finish. The tailored edging gives the cushion a structured look, while the concealed zip keeps the design clean and discreet.

The result is a softly textured cushion cover that feels relaxed but elevated — ideal for Layered Lounge’s calm, material-led interiors.

Care instructions

Wash at 30 degrees

Tumble dry on a low heat setting

Iron on a low heat setting

Wash with similar colours and avoid harsh bleaching agents to help preserve the cream tone and natural woven texture.

Sustainability

This cushion cover is made from a considered blend of BCI cotton and European flax linen. BCI cotton supports more responsible cotton sourcing, while European flax linen is valued for its durability, natural texture and lower-impact growing qualities.

The cotton-linen blend has been chosen for its balance of softness, strength and relaxed texture. Designed to be styled season after season, it offers a more timeless alternative to trend-led soft furnishings.
